No Data Storage: We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Payment Process & Order Confirmation
Order Placement:
To confirm your order, full payment must be received within 24 hours. Unpaid orders will auto-cancel to free up inventory.
For pre-authorized payments (e.g., credit cards), funds are charged at the time of shipment, not order placement.
Confirmation Email:
A payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once payment is successful. This includes:
Order number
Payment method used
Item details and total amount
Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within 1 hour.
4. Currency & Fees
Default Currency: Prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars).
International Payments:
If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank may apply foreign exchange fees.
No additional fees are charged by SCENTHIA for currency conversion.
5. Failed Payments:
If a payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds), we will notify you via email. You can retry payment or cancel the order.
