Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold
The shipping fees are divided into 3 tiers, with free shipping for orders over $50. Details are as follows:

Delivery Times
North America, Europe, Australia:
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia:
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Middle East, Latin America:
Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
Express Shipping: 7–10 business days
Tracking: A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your package via our website or the carrier’s official site.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important: Shipping fees do NOT include international customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
Clearance Process: Packages may be held by local customs until fees are paid. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.
Refusal Due to Taxes: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, we will deduct the original shipping cost and a 15% processing fee from the refund.
Order Issues & Returns
Undelivered Packages: Contact us within 30 days of the shipment date if your order is missing. We will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If you do not respond to delivery attempts within the carrier’s holding period, the item will be returned. Re-shipping requires full payment of new shipping fees.
Returns: For return eligibility and instructions, refer to our After-Sales Service Policy (sold-out/backordered items may have different terms).
